Had our first overnight row last night ; went to the east of Nevis .
Left Shell Beach Marina at 5pm and ended up seven miles east of Nevis at 8 am .
Most difficult row so far as we had calm weather with winds 10 to 12 knots and very strong contrary currents . Never got over three kts . Very rewarding experience , got into a proper two hour shift system and ate our packaged foods . Caught a few small fish before sundown but threw them back . Can only get better !
All went well with no hassles .
