We all went to a pharmacy next door today and documented our body weights to see if and how much
weight we will lose during the crossing ; none of us can afford to lose any !
Nick : 86.8 kg.
Archie : 70.9 kg.
JD : 69.5 kg.
Peter :68kg .
We will weigh again immediately on arrival in Antigua to see how we faired .
