Decided to do a upwind row today as the weather was quite calm with 12 to14 kts wind .
Left Shell Beach and went to Maiden Island , through the channel at Long Island and then a bit up into North Sound ; stopped at Maiden Island on the way back for a swim and lunch . Upwind rowing is not a bowl of cherries !
Nevertheless still another good day .
